LASER, PRESS BRAKE,SHEAR AND BENDER
We have 1 laser, 2 hydraulic press brakes and an electric one that can bend thicknesses between 22 gauge to 1/2" thick, a shear, 2 pipe and sheet bender and a punch disposal. Whatwhatever your need,the team of DM INOX will make it happen. With all the industrial machines necessary for bending sheet metal, the company will be able to carry out the necessary bending whether it is in stainless steel, aluminum or steel. Whatever size, angle or shape you want for yourprojects,the know-how of our company will realize it.
WE ACQUIRED A LASER
Its an Amada ENSIS 4020 6Kw with automatic loading tower that can cut very large pieces up to 12 feet long by 6 feet wide and 3/4 inch thick.

Equipped with angle controllers for a very precise folding. Whatever your need in folded sheets metal, the DM INOX team will concretize it. With all the industrial machines needed to fold sheets metal, the company will realize the necessary folding whether it is stainless steel or aluminum. Whatever the size, angle or shape desired for your project, the know-how of our company will realize it.
OUR PRESS BRAKE 8 FEET HYDRAULIC
Equipped with angle controllers for very high precision bending with a capacity of 89 tons and being able to bend thicknesses between 22 gauge to 1/4" thick by 8 feet long.
OUR ELECTRIC PRESS BRAKE DE 6 FEET
Equipped with angle controllers for very high precision bending with a capacity of 56 tons and being able to bend thicknesses between 22 gauge to 1/8" thick by 6 feet long.
DE 6 FEET 4 ROLLER BENDER
We have a bender that can roll up to 60" wide with Ø6.5" rolls, with a capacity of 22 gauges at 5/16" thick.
Whenever repeatability, productivity and ease of use are essential, 4-roller technology is the technology of choice. In a 4-roll machine, the latest development in rolling technology, the bottom roll clamps the plate ensuring perfect control of its position throughout the forming process.
